Hannu Nyman appointed CFO of Neova Oy
M.Sc. (Tech.), M.Sc. (Econ.) Hannu Nyman has been appointed CFO of Neova Oy. He will start the position at lates May 1, 2024. He will join Neova from the position of CFO of the HR service company Eezy Oyj. Eezy previously operated under the name VMP Oyj. Nyman has worked at Eezy since 2019 and before that he has worked in numerous key finance positions at Efecte Oyj, Affecto Oyj and Conventum Group. Neova Oy’s current CFO Jarmo Santala will take over from the beginning of 2024 to be responsible for the Central European business operations of Neova’s subsidiary Kekkilä-BVB. Until Nyman starts, Santala also continues to work as the CFO of Neova Oy. Nyman reports his responsibility areas to Vesa Tempakka, CEO of Neova Oy.

But at the same time, the group has many new innovations and new business openings, where completely new high value added products are made from wetland biomass and other natural materials, such as activated carbon and biostimulants. I believe that I can utilize my experience as CFO of listed companies and my mergers and acquisitions in my new position.
