Neova Group has a Group Management Team appointed by Neova Oy’s Board of Directors, supporting the CEO in his work. The CEO acts as the Chairman of the Group Management Team and appoints its Secretary. The Group Management Team is responsible for:
- the group’s financial reporting and financing
- the group’s risk management
- the group’s HR policies
- the group’s IT projects
- projects
- group-level raw material issues
- large investments
- legal compliance
- the preparation of board and supervisory board materials
The Group Management Team convenes on a regular basis, however at least ten times a year.
