Neova Group publishes the restated comparison figures for 2023 to reflect the new organisational structure

Neova restates its quarterly 2023 comparison segment reporting figures in accordance with the new organisation structure. On February 2, 2024, Neova announced the change of its financial reporting structure and new segments of financial reporting. As of January 1, 2024, Neova Group’s reporting segments are Kekkilä-BVB, Neova Terra and Other.

Kekkilä-BVB segment includes Kekkilä-BVB’s four business areas, Central Europe, Global, Nordics and Materials, in accordance with the organisational reform that took effect at the beginning of 2024.

Neova Terra segment includes Vapo Terra, which is responsible for fuel sales and real estate development, peat production, Novactor responsible for the activated carbon business, and Neova Innovation developing new business.

Other and eliminations include Group’s unallocated shared services and Group management and eliminations between business segments.
