Stefan Damlin to replace Markus Tykkyläinen in Neova’s Board of Directors

The shareholders of Neova Oy, the State of Finland and Suomen Energiavarat Oy, have unanimously appointed Stefan Damlin, CEO of Vaasan Sähkö Oy, as a member of the Board of Directors of Neova Oy as of 1.1.2024.

Damlin’s Board membership is valid until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Damlin replaces Markus Tykkyläinen, who announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Neova Oy after being appointed deputy CEO of Neova Oy.
